Are B.T.R. BARs keto-friendly and vegan?
Yes! All of our bars are plant-based, keto-friendly (low net carbs), dairy-free, soy-free, and non-GMO. We use high-quality fats and plant proteins to keep you fueled without the sugar crash.
How long does shipping take?
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 3-5 business days across the continental U.S. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your box is on the way.
Do you offer a subscription discount?
Absolutely. When you choose our 'Subscribe & Save' option, you save 15% on every order. You can customize your delivery frequency and cancel or pause your subscription at any time through your account portal.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If there is an issue with your order or you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days and we will make it right.
Are your bars safe for people with nut allergies?
Our bars contain tree nuts (such as almonds and cashews) and are produced in a facility that also processes peanuts, tree nuts, and milk. Please check the specific ingredient list on each flavor's product page for detailed allergen information.
